Doc called today about my shoulder MRIs: torn rotator cuffs in both, torn labrum in right, arthritis in right, cyst in left, and enlarged supporting tendons in both!

This is on top of the arthritis in both knees we discussed a few weeks back.

And to top it off, she told me I have hemochromatosis.

Gotta feeling it will be a rough spring.

I worked out yesterday, and woke up today with pains inside my chest. (I hate to say "chest pain," because that is a cause for alarm.) I got a doc appointment this afternoon, and he said it's probably just soreness from something I did yesterday and absolutely NOT a heart issue. But there was an odd heartbeat that he's not worried about, but I gotta see a cardiologist about that.
