Funny thing. All of those guys were already in the NFL when their incidents happened. You argued that Tebow doesn't have to care what the NFL thinks because he is not in the league yet. I would argue the opposite. He should care even more now, before he is drafted. If teams don't like what he is doing, that could hurt his draft status.

Then the fact that he's apparently willing to put his beliefs and principles above money/status in the NFL deserves praise, not criticism.

Why should Tebow give a good rat's ass? It's obvious he he strong beliefs, whatever they may be. And it's also obvious that he'll have a pretty good life even without an NFL career. Don't go expecting him to hold back just because it might hurt his draft status. Not happening.

    It's good entertainment, isn't it?

You shouldn't need "religion" or some book in a hotel room to tell you how to act, at least once you hit puberty.

Maybe, but there was the double parenthetical ... and way to get the righty troll rolling on something political.

So you're going to point to an article from a Rupert Murdoch-owned newspaper as more relevant than the copious amount of data from actual scientists as proof that global warming doesn't exist?

When Bjorn Lomborg, one of the original scientific Doubting Thomas' when it came to the issue has changed his tune from, 'it doesn't exist' to 'it exists, but you're dealing with it incorrectly', I think we can safely say it is a real and serious issue.

Ah, I see you've become intimately acquainted with logical fallacies.

Actually, the picture of intolerance is a religion that says "Follow us, or you're going to hell."

Better than "follow us or we're going to blow your asses up and then celebrate in heaven with 40 virgins." [/just beating the intolerant lunatic fringe to the punch]

Until recently, this study -- now withdrawn -- would have been a part of the copious amount of data from actual scientists that global warming exists.

And the rest of it, that's about to be withdrawn too?

You cannot point to one point out of everything that is out there, jump up and down and say "See! Doesn't exist!"

Thought it was 72 virgins? Well, hell, guess the recession hit the MOOSLIMS pretty hard too.
