    Wait. Ninety percent you say?
To avoid this becoming conclusively political:
_______ recently said this wasn't a Christian nation....which would make it under 50 percent.
    a) O'Hara
    b O'Bama
    c) Speaking of Bama, Nick Saban.
    d) Barack H. Obama.

I think he was talking about an official, state religion. People of all faiths (and those with no faith at all) are welcome here, or at least they should be.

Exactly. For reference on this, see the First Amendment.

Logic well-beyond the bluenoses who want to tell people what to do.

If the Focus on the Family ad can run, then maybe the NFL can make good for the United Church of Christ ads that were banned from the Super Bowl for pushing the controversial message that anyone is welcome at church:

    "Ejector" Ad:

    "Bouncer" Ad:

Has the NFL approved this ad to run? It gets the vapors about anything involving politics (right ot left), as evidenced by its booting MoveOn and PETA ads.

I'd say in booting ads from MoveOn and PETA it is more accurate to say the reason is because the NFL is trying to avoid aligning with wackos.

Why does the NFL want to hook up with losers?

    Money talks. Bullshit walks.

Who's the loser? Tim Tebow, who's something like 48-7, with two national titles, two SEC titles and three bowl victories?

    Huge college winner.

Of course, so were such Sunshine State morning glories as Weinke, Wuerffel,
Torretta and Ward, none of whom could get arrested when up against the big kids. Must be something in the water.

Peter King thinks the Niners are going to draft Tebow in the first round.

Aside from whether King's right or wrong:

The Niners can't be that f'n stupid.

Sixth round? Go ahead, if you feel that way. I have no doubt Tebow's focus appeals to Singletary.

    But FIRST round? Insanity.
