No matter where Teh Tebow winds up, he'll be in a better place than Steve Babik is, right now.

Some of San Francisco, a city by and large certainly not in lock step with Flyover Country, would make Tebow feel quite welcome.

San Francisco: A city of tolerance ...so long as you agree with us.

But San Francisco does have Michael Savage.

  6. Again, for the millionth time, "tolerance" does not mean you have to agree with somebody.

I hate the word "tolerance" anyway because it implies that you are merely putting up with someone different than you and should be congratulated for that.

You're right. In San Francisco, "tolerance" is forcing your will on others.

Who's forcing their will on you?

  9. I'm not quite sure what that is even supposed to mean, but I just don't have the will to argue today.

Not me. Anyone in San Francisco who doesn't agree with them. This is nothing more than a way of forcing a culture upon people. If the voice of the minority should always be protected, then what does that say about San Fran's approach to the minority opinion in their midst concerning gay marriage?

But hey, the majority rules so in San Fran, it shall be. But San Fran values are not consistent with some locales in America. Communities should have the right to self-governance and to determine its own values.

  11. Not when those values violate the Equal Protection clause of the 14th Amendment. That's where those local "values" end.

Waylon, your passion used to be singing in honky tonks with Willie, Jerry Jeff and other good rednecks. What changed you?
