My guess is that she worked at that club and/or was one of Rupert's conquests.

... not sure they'd be able to play this clip on family TV.

Her sports terminology could use a good editor but she made valid points.

    Ted's getting dragged.

An Atlantic writer calling something else pretentious. Holy fucking shit.

Probably because the actors are reading books in so many scenes.

You'd think an upscale foxhole such as The Atlantic would work up an ode to the literary styling that non-Lasso bookworms would appreciate. (Iffin that ain't yet been done.)

This post looks better after this week's episode.

There’s so much just from how to be a proper ally that it really is powerful. How people try to do the right thing but mess up. How people don’t know how to react and go too far. How Ted in a very Ted way said “don’t care” isn’t right. And comparing being gay to the Denver Broncos was brilliant.

That said, the episode doesn’t reflect how that would actually go. Not everyone is going to be cool in the locker room. Glad they did it that way but there’s something to keeping it realistic.

Also Rupert is a cartoon villain at this point. They keep working harder to make him worse.

    But I loved the episode.
