I have a real, not sarcastic suggestion

Pay a visit to Blogspot.com or some other blog-hosting service. You and your bro would be best suited by posting stuff there. It might get a pretty good audience, too.

But a message board thread and your blog-style entries are a mismatch.

How about deleting RokShit and JackassDV immediately and permanently.

I am most perplexed by the renaming of the threads. Why announce your links?

I am most perplexed by the amount of time he puts into something that nobody gives a shit about.

Fixed. No prepositions to end sentences! You're as bad as the dooshbag twins.

sorry fmrsped. But to compare me to the dooshbag twins? That hurts.

A good question, and since you were kind and helpful earlier in the thread, UT, here's your answer:

I update the 'link-set #' on the naming of the thread so that those who are interested in following the story -- a once in a half-century story, mind you -- don't have to waste their time looking through the thread to see if/when I have updated the links. That is, it's an attempt to assist the reader and be considerate of his/her time.

The thread was started with the idea of being both commentary and link aggregator, and as such, I have updated it when new information has come in following Sunday's game.

Since the Lakers have not played a game following that record-setting contest, I have remained on the DAL - LAL story. Once the Nuggets game occurs, the narrative shifts. And with it, the thread dies its natural death.

    Hope that helps, UT. :)

Are we getting used for rOkskI's own personal amusement by these pointless threads? I struggle to believe somebody can post this much crap about something as absolutely worthless as the topic from which this thread began. But, I could be wrong.

by the way, fmrsped, i noticed this post from you on another thread:

    ---

Last time I commented on this one, I got torn apart for not knowing what I was talking about.

So the advice would be: Do as I say and not as I do, right?

    Hmmmm...

An interesting query, chester. I'm not nearly clever enough to pull that off, however. Yet I do appreciate the speculation that such an attempt is within my capabilities.

But I can tell you this:

    I *heart* Kaiser Soze.

Busted. Thanks for knocking me down a peg. (No sarcasm font here, I'm embarrassed for calling you out. 1,000,000 apologies.)
