    For those wondering how much they are helping out, my mom did some math and sent me the results:

    She started to see how many grains were in a cup, but that was too many to count, went to down to a 1/2 cup, and still too many to count for her taste. Same for 1/4 of a cup. She ended up counting 250 grains of rice in a tablespoon. 16 tablespoons = 1 cup, so there are approximately 4,000 grains of rice in a cup. That's 400 correct vocab words.

    I guess donating a little (answering a few words) is better than nothing.
