    He got lit up by the Guardians.

    Which is like drowning in the Mojave.

    Also, poor Corey Kluber. He’s been set up by two teams to fail in the place of his greatest triumphs. Served up the series losing pitch last October and now a 7-run relief appearance.

    Jays DFA Anthony Bass (he can drive to Buffalo, no flights required) after apparently scheduling him to catch the first pitch on their Pride Night game tonight

    The timeline on how that has played out is comical. Only thing better would have him catching that first pitch and carrying it to Buffalo. On foot.

    Thoughts and prayers for Trumpist pitchers.
    I suspect, however, that he wouldn’t have lasted long even without the revelations of his past. His profile is perfect for taking one for the club and getting DFA’d.
