Probably had to piss REALLY badly and was trying to just make it through the inning. Then a guy gets on base, and it's "Aw, fuck it."

I'd love to see Freddie get to 3,000.

He's around a 10 percent chance today -- the COVID year has screwed up projections -- under normal circumstances it puts him around 16 percent to get there

Even with the pandemic year, I like his chances, relatively speaking, of getting to 3,000. A lot has to go right but he's got a real shot. But it's pretty wild that if he misses on 3,000 hits, winning the MVP in 2020 is probably going to help burnish his Hall of Fame resume.

With four years left on his contract and assuming he stays healthy, he'll be around 2,700 hits. The question is if he wants to keep going at that point -- he'll be 38 at the end of his current deal and might be three seasons away

Aaaaaand it’s gone. But is a no hitter against the Rockies really a no hitter?

    At Coors? It's automatic sainthood.

Dodgers luck out. Kershaw gives up a hit in the sixth and they can take him out without costing him a scholarship.
