    The glorious thing about September and October is becoming an unhinged moody teenager about a baseball team. By late October it becomes an inning to inning tantrum to jubilation. What a drug. I miss it and I’m only one year removed. (Watches Cole Calhoun get an AB.)

    I've gotta say that the Phillies' October was a great rush last season, but the endless late nights (late for old me) wore my ass out by about Game 4 of the Series. And the Phils had a bunch of day games in the early rounds, too!

    I've never really hated the automatic runner in extras until right now. Woof. You shouldn't be punished for inducing ground balls like that. But rules are rules...
