Did they notice an MLB game was going on before them?! Or did they think it was an extended lottery to get a baseball?

Is there any clearer sign Judge owns the Jays than actually breaking the maple leaf?

Dustin May left after a scoreless first against Minnesota. Dodgers just announced he was experiencing elbow pain.

This is just a little further into the season than it was when he blew his elbow out in 2021. I guess it's possible that this is something minor and they are being very careful, but if he did blow it out again, it's tough to imagine him ever really fulfilling his immense potential.

At best, May is out for a significant chunk of this season, but it could easily be another TJ surgery.

    Update: It could be worse.

    So does Dave Winfield.

“Dave couldn’t have hit the bird on purpose. He hasn’t hit the cutoff man all year!” — Billy Martin.

Matthew Liberatore making a bid to be in the Cardinals rotation: 5 innings+, 0 runs, 6K against the Brewers.

Red Sox piling up hits (16) and runs (12) against the visiting Mariners, and it’s only the top of the sixth.

Time to get Jose Canseco loose in the bullpen …
