The Rays came into tonight’s game 28-3 when they score 4 or more runs, and now they lead the Mets 4-2.

Birdbath hoppin' tonight at OPACY. I'm 100 percent getting a ticket there when I make a pilgrimage at some point this season.

I had to rewind for clarification. Angels at Orioles this morning. Announcers Wayne Randazzo and Mark Gubicza are talking about how fortunate they've been on a trip to Cleveland and Baltimore. No rain threats, no delays. Good weather in both cities. Then Randazzo remembered that their last home game in Anaheim was played on a chilly day under cloudy skies. He said he couldn't believe it, "I was erect for a week." Gubicza was laughing, then immediately went quiet. Rewind. Randazzo said, "I was a wreck for a week."

I'm sure Jackson Holliday will soon run into a level where he'll need to battle. High-A is not it.

My nephew is in the Minneapolis chapter of The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. Was pretty exciting seeing him pictured in the New York Post's online story about this.
