You'd have to have some really dark sunglasses on not to see that coming.

Is LaVar going to home-college him?

Going pro in China or tutored and trained by LaVar?

What a difference a year makes for the Ball brother ballers. One is a disappointment in LA, and the other two aren't playing at all this year.

And I think it safe to assume LaMelo will soon be backing out of his UCLA commitment as well. So much for that Bruin Ball dynasty.

Yes, was a joke. I do not think any team in China would be signing him.

Not even LiAngelo would pay to see that.

It’s probably too much to say he sucks. He was a mid-level recruit and if his name was Jones he could have developed normally and maybe contributed sometime over the next few years. But LaVar thinking he could be one and done was stupid and terrible for everyone involved,

LaVar Ball pulls son LiAngelo out of UCLA

Somebody needs to save this kid from his father ASAP:

"He's not transferring to another school," he told ESPN. "The plan is now to get Gelo ready for the NBA draft."

Gelo has no more chance of being drafted than I do. Let the poor kid transfer to another college (preferably far away from Lavar) and have a career at a level appropriate for him.

Sorry to do another @PCLoadLetter call out, but I'm curious, is this also just harmless fun? Pulling a kid--with no realistic chance of being drafted--out of school to enter the draft? He ain't making the League, his overseas options are extremely limited, and it blows his chance at both a college career and free college education as well. Lavar is utterly fucking over his kid's future here.
