In a decision on Saturday, U.S. District Judge Hector Gonzalez in Brooklyn found no proof that the fast-food chains delivered smaller burgers than advertised, or that the plaintiff Justin Chimienti had even seen ads for the McDonald's Big Mac and Wendy's Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger he bought.

On Aug. 29, a federal judge in Miami said Burger King, a unit of Restaurant Brands International, must defend against a similar lawsuit over how it depicts Whopper sandwiches on in-store menu boards. He dismissed claims based on ads.

Taco Bell, a unit of Yum Brands, is defending against a lawsuit in the Brooklyn court claiming it sold Crunchwraps and Mexican pizzas that contained half as much filling as advertised.

I hope these companies take the filers to the cleaners. It's idiotic.

She was elected off her maiden name and her ties to Trumpitty Dumbtitty.

Having all that, she didn't have to run on anything else to get elected here.

A fraud and a phony are too complimentary.

A bit of cross-threading. .... In Japan, even the fast-food workers strive to make the meal they're serving look like the food in the picture.

    Best Wendy's I've ever had.

This thread is going in so many directions that I'm sizing up a pancake hat for my bunny.

But the Burger Kings in Germany are so much better than the American ones.

Still wonderstruck to this day, 30 years later, but:

The best Mexican meal I've ever had was in Geneva, Switzerland.
And the best Korean meal I've ever had was in Munich, Germany.

In Australia, Burger King is called Hungry Jack’s.

And to bring this back to the economy, I’m paid in Australian dollars but still have a home and expenses in the US, which means, indexed to the US dollar, I’ve taken about a 6 percent paycut since I’ve been here.

One of the best Mexican meals I have had was in NYC. I'm from SoCal, and I went in thinking this was going to be awful. After dinner, I called the waiter over and I told him, "I was expecting this to be lousy, but it was delicious. Thank you and the kitchen crew."
