So eating cheese while drinking Busch Light is like a speedball for your gut?

Like Imodium and a stool softener, they battle it out in your gut.

On-line retailors, specifically Temu, are hurting the dollar stores. Before the pandemic on-line shopping tended to be the providence of more affluent consumers but during the pandemic the lower income consumers that are the dollar stores base started going on-line more.

If you’d told me 15 years ago I would order my Trident gum in bulk over a website and sent to my house…

I got two nice tennis shirts ($18 for both), six racket overgrips ($1.98) and a dog harness ($8.79) from Temu. Incredible prices. Shipping takes a little longer, but it's no big deal.

On the overgrips, I had the option of making four payments of 49 cents each. I just bit the bullet and paid the whole $1.98.

My only gripe with Temu is when my son finds something super-cheap on it but can’t get it because they won’t ship an order unless it’s higher than a certain amount.

Won't ship at all, or won't ship for free?

They did ship my $1.98 overgrips.

I have a self renewing pile of Amazon shipping boxes, mostly due to my wife's various purchases.

I thought he said they wouldn’t ship it at all, but he may have been saying he just couldn’t order it because he didn’t have enough for shipping, too.

Sounds like a misunderstanding he’d have.
