When I lived in North Nowhere concession stands served hot Dr Pepper at football games when the weather got cold. It's surprisingly tasty.

Diet Coke is one of those case studies of a corporation taking decades to make what was a routine putt for its competition, like Wendy’s developing a breakfast menu or CBS launching a morning show.

Diet Mountain Dew, too. And Coke Zero finally got me back on Coke again. Because Diet Coke truly sucks. Especially in a can.

    1) They don't call it carbonated Texas prune juice for nothin'.
    2) I bought some recently and am consuming it, but in all fairness, you don't see me doing so.
    3) Mr. Pibb fan?

I knew a guy who guzzled Diet Coke compulsively. He died of esophageal cancer before he was 60.

Well, I wouldn't see you consume it.

More that I haven't seen anyone buy it in stores or gas stations. But I'll be on the lookout now.

Not sure I've ever drunk Mr. Pibb.

It has been Pibb Xtra since 2001 and still nobody calls it by that name.
