    Lunch: Roasted Shrimp with Feta.

Great recipe from Ina. Layered fennel/tomato ... shrimp ... feta ... bread crumbs. Wish it hadn't been so filling; I could have had about three servings.

I love Ina's food. That looks fantastic.

Anyone have a good recipe/way to cook hot dogs without a grill? I'm trying to avoid the old boiling technique today.

    Put them under the broiler.

Split 'em, fry em, toast the bun, and cover in mustard:

Thank you, JR, HC, and YF. I'm going to broil some and fry the rest!

    I recommend deep-fying them whole.

The media room at my former school, before I was SID there, used to feature coffee-pot dogs. Water was heated in a big coffee urn and the dogs were dumped in to warm.

To each their own. If Sbarro's is the Italian option in a food court, and I want Italian, I don't hate it.

Only if I were in the mall for the whole day and had a hankering that ONLY Italian could fill. I mean, I don't care for food elitism as much as the next populist fatass American, but Sbarro is the only option, I'll eat a pretzel or some Taco Bell and get Italian from anywhere else when I get home. It's poor quality and often not hot. Maybe they've gotten better, but last time I looked at their displayed food, I was not optimistic.
