    Didn't say he was a class act for it or trying to make it sound laughable, if that's the way I came off it's not what I meant. But there is a difference between attempted murder and reckless driving or DUI in the eyes of the law. Rightly or wrongly it is what it is.

    my take: he fled 'cause he was drunk. knew it was better to leave the scene than face a dui. :eek: :eek: :eek:

    Knew of a courts reporter who (allegedly) pulled off that exact same deal many moons ago.
