"Talked?" Then you're not doing it right.

Match was the worst one I've been on. eHarmony is a pain in the ass with the silly questions/likes-dislikes/etc you have to bandie back and forth before you can actually e-mail somone. (You can skip that and go straight to e-mail, but I didn't do it too often).
I have gotten used to women not responding to my initial e-mails, but it drives me nuts when you meet one, it seems to go well, and they respond to your ensuing calls/texts then just drop off the face of the Earth. At least give me the courtesy of telling me it's not going to work. I'd rather be told to go f--- myself than be ignored by someone I thought I had a good date/a lot in common with.

She's morbidly obese -- like, 150-200 pounds overweight -- and while she's a very nice person, her personality is a bit intense and sometimes hard to take in large doses.

He's ugly as shit, neurotic, a hypochondriac, and a social fuck-up. He'll fart horribly in your presence and then start fretting that it smells like he's getting sick. And that's when he first meets you. He makes Woody Allen seem like Brad Pitt.

But God bless 'em, they found each other.

Just found out the woman I met last Sunday had met someone on there previously and she is seeing him now. She mentioned this at our date but she indicated she was just friends with him. Sigh. I really liked her and thought it might go somewhere. Best date I've had from one of these sites.

I will always have that to fall back on, I guess. :(

I don't mean this to be hurtful, but he probably was "just a friend" until she figured out how the date with you was going to go.
