Has he played Jungleland or The River on tour?

He did Jungleland in the London show I downloaded.

Played The River last night, played Jungleland when I saw him at the start of the tour. The best song he played to me last night was Kitty's Back, they really jammed out to it. Played a great deal of Magic. The ending of the concert was great, with Backstreets, Badlands, Kitty's Back, Born to Run, American Land.

I thought that Kitty's Back was excellent. It's always been a safe song for him to do, because he's able to let a bunch of the guys have their moment.

For me, the version of Long Walk Home was the highlight. Great song, great performance and nice work by Stevie on the center mic during the sing-a-long at the end. I also really liked Janie -- Nils really should get more time singing. A really tremendous concert.

I'll confess to leaving during American Land -- I had a 155 mile trip home and I needed to leave my house by no later than 7 for a meeting. I was able to sprint to the garage across the street and was on 84 West before the song was over.

Man, does that bring me back to memories of attending shows at the HCC as a kid.

Besides the title, I can't make out a word of the lyrics to American Land. Bruce is really into it, which is great, but give me LOHAD any day.

With closers like American Land, Dream Baby Dream and Dancing in the Dark, I've beaten a lot of traffic jams in the past few years.

They stopped showing the words on the video screen?
    Here they are: American Land

Plus, what Springsteen fan leaves the show before its over? There's always the chance (no matter how rare it is) that he'll pull out a surprise after the standard closer.

They did show the lyrics of American Land on the screens, but not until about halfway through the song.

ESJ, I can tell if a show feels like it will have a post-encore closer. I've never been wrong.

I never leave early if I like the song (although I might creep towards the exit), but the prospect of saving 30-45 minutes is worth it.

just back from the nassau coliseum show. tremendous.

about 2 1/2 hours straight thru. highlights included "night," "incident on 57th street," "because the night." "girls in their summer clothes" and "long walk home" are the best of the songs off "magic," imo.

i'm missing other highlights. still a blur.
