Saw the set list on backstreets... did not realize Because the Night --- a rarity -- also was in there. And a 2-hour, 40 minute show, nice.

Caught him the other night and he killed, as usual.

What really got me was my own reaction to him. Sure he looks a little older, and I'm not sure how much longer Clarence Clemons is going to hold up. He definitely sat out a few tunes in an easy chair on the side of the stage.

Admittedly I love just about everything he's ever done, but when he whipped into Born to Run, the goose bumps popped out, and stayed there. Maybe it's the memory of what I was doing 2-3 decades ago when that came out, but it still got to me.

Federici was being treated for cancer, right?

Yeah, malignant melanoma. He looked a little thinner, but otherwise pretty good, Thursday night. He played about half the show.

One of the top 3 fan ESB sing-a-long moments-- When the band stops playing and the crowd goes "hey, hey, hey what you say Sherry Darling" before the band kicks back.
Number 2 -- "tonight in Jungleland"
    Number 1 -- "show a little faith . . . "

au contraire my esteemed collegue. Those are the top three audience participation moments.
Do the "blow away" spots in Badlands come in at No. 4 on your list? If not, do they at least make the Top 5? Or is No.4 on your list the entire first verse of Hungry Heart?

Top sing-a-long moments happen during almost every song. For instance, you hear nearly everyone singing-a-long to "Good night it's all right Jane" (during Incident), or every word during Born to Run, or "mister I ain't a boy now I'm a man and I believe in a Promised Land', and many, many more.

Webster, fair enough. So which do you choose?
