So... what ended up happening with the walkout?

 

A couple hundred people left their seats, but a lot of them were probably headed to the john. Maybe 100 stood around in the atrium and chanted "Fire Millen".

If anything upset the Ford family today, it was the loud "Let's Go Bears" chants.

 

Yeah, I was at the game and it was definitely a pro Bears crowd.

 

I read in the Sun-Times that fans had to cover up their Fire Millen shirts upon entering the stadium, and Anti-Millen signs were confiscated.

There should be a pool for what time - either right after their game ends, during the game or the day after if that's when he'll be fired. Talk about the Lions having a chance to fulfill their New Year's resolution right away!

No, he's not. He's a fucking jackass and a shiftless backstabber. He goes on the air and calls players on opposing teams and his own team "faggots" and "cowards" and makes jokes about "where are their testicles?"

He goes into the press box and rips the holy living shit out of his own coach -- a coach he has not fired yet -- "off the record" to reporters in an attempt to divert attention and blame from his own incompetence.

And he was a fucking moron as a TV commentator. Typical gasbag ex-jock who thinks he knows everything, except if you ever look at a printed transcript of what he said, you realize he's dumber than a soggy roll of toilet paper.


Somehow he managed to pick up four Super Bowl rings from three different teams (NOT through any great playing contribution on his part, much to the contrary of his beat-writer cheerleaders -- Millen was a barely-average mediocre journeyman player) without picking up even the slightest clue as to why these teams were winners.
