It doesn't take legal expertise to watch the video closely, which you apparently failed to do before posting. Are you referring to his taking a J.D. at one of the country's top 10 (at worst) law schools? Or his popping an LSAT at or above the 95th percentile? Or his being part of a legal team that recently freed a wrongly convicted man from death row?

At least two people with incontrovertible expertise in the area have clearly spelled out why thus-and-such is true in this case. For reasons which surpass understanding, you've chosen to play the town idiot and argue with them. This is not a matter of opinion. You're being a moron. Stop it.
