Sometimes our government fails to secure the rights for all of us:

It's up to all of us to ensure our endowed rights are not just a ‘parchment guarantee.’

So you would have been OK had the black community, or American Indians, marched on Washington fully armed in search of their rights?

Because to me, the government oppressed them every bit as much as gun nuts claim to fear will happen to them if they no longer have guns.

You fucking people must be really young if you're seriously trying to pretend there haven't been nine confirmed cases of voter fraud in the history of the U.S.

The Daley machine in Chicago committed voter fraud that was so widespread, it basically became a running joke with every new election cycle. They never really even tried to deny it. And with all of about three Republicans in Chicago, there was nobody around to challenge them, much less actually try to stop them.

I've read several books that suggest voter fraud (paid for by Joe Kennedy, another crooked bastard) had a huge role in propelling JFK into the Oval Office.

But please, go right ahead and keep believing voter fraud is all just some crazy tinfoil-hat conspiracy.

I don't own a gun. Never have. But why is it that, to the typical Democrat, anybody who chooses to own a gun is a "gun nut?"

Who would ever propose something as silly as that?

Objection. Assumes facts not in evidence.

So the assumption is that nothing has changed since Daley helped JFK 'win' the election over 50 years ago?

You're not very good at this.

That was funny. It's also funny when Baggers tell Dems to shut up about Bush-Gore when they're still bitching about Kennedy 40 fucking years after he died.
