Remind me never to piss off YF, because I found that rebuttal to DD well thought out. Not that I agree with all (or most or any) of it, but it was well reasoned.

Methinks you meant to type "order of magnitude."

LOL ... so he's wrong on most (if not all) counts ... but it had a good beat and you could dance to it! :D

YF & TV ... I am just kiddin' around.

Well, you'll just have to determine for yourself what parts I agreed with (there are plenty), and what parts I don't (ditto)...I really don't have a dog in the fight so I probably shouldn't have said anything to begin with. But it's not the first time I've yapped when I shouldn't have!

If the President is going to win re-election, he's going to need to stop portraying himself as such an intellectual in gatherings lie this one:

Barack, stop talking about your tenure as the editor of the Harvard Law Review when talking to the folks in fly over territory.

Romney just insults people at these types of events, like the one where he insulted some omen by saying their cookies looked store-bought. If you want to say Obama is an elitist, you're fooling yourself.

If the GOP had someone like W. who could connect with middle-class voters in swing states and not sound like a Tea Party nutjob, he/she would likely beat Obama.

What would really be interesting is to see how the unemployment numbers would be in the state of Michigan with the "Republic" governor had our Democratic president chosen not to bail out the auto industry and taken the advice of the presumptive GOP nominee and ignored the automakers.

OK, I get it: I should have gone to Hollywood and become a movie star.

    Nothing like merit-based advancement. LOL.

Nope, you're just surrounded by a few hysterical folk who failed quite miserably to understand the context...or maybe they just see Bush as to Evil Empire as Obama is to Sainthood.
