Cooks did OK for me. Had a couple chances for scores, but Brady was off on his downfield throws all night.

    Week 1 in the books.

Who wants to talk about Trump?

It was an ugly week of football. Really one of the ugliest I can remember in a while.

But 5 teams have to win every week regardless of how shitty the play is. Hopefully, though, business picks up a bit this week. Of course, Texans-Bengals might not be the matchup to kick-start a more enjoyable week.

Also, Trump's deal with "Chuck and Nancy" is Making My Twitter Great Again.

So who is going to MAGA and pick up Blake Bortles?

    I already have three QBs.

BTW, Dixie, I have a glut of receivers. Make me an offer. I'm bored.

I just added, on Thursday afternoon, Kerwynn Williams AND Javorious Allen.
Is anyone working the waiver wire in this league?

Not sure how picking up both those slugs makes you think no one is working the waiver wire. :)

Well, they're both starting RBs now and were picked up fairly early in two other leagues I'm in.
Getting any starting RB off the waiver wire is like finding a $20 bill on the sidewalk, slug or not.

Oh, BTW, the RB portion of my roster looks like a hoarder's house. Except there's actually a few useful to good ones stashed there. So if anyone is interested in getting one in trade for a WR, I'm entertaining offers.

My RBs are Devonta Freeman, Kareem Hunt, Jay Ajayi, Jeremy Hill, Jonathan Stewart, and the aforementioned Javorious Allen and Kerwynn Williams.

As soon as you trade one, two will get hurt.

I'm too busy cycling through rookie wideouts like they were scratch offs.
