What I've never understood is why Michael just loathes Toby. There's never really been any explanation for it. But he bashes the guy every time they run into each other.

Also, the awkward little moment between Toby and Jim was great. Totally realistic.

It comes from the fact that Toby is more competent, more intelligent, and gets along better with the staff. Early on, we found out that Toby is the liason for staff complaints, and has a whole bunch for Michael. I'm pretty sure Michael found out somehow. Toby just always has the right idea that Michael knows would trump him.

    On Casino Night:

Toby: Actually, I didn't think it was appropriate to invite children since it's, uh, you know there's gambling and alcohol, and it's in our dangerous warehouse, and... it's a school night, and, you know, Hooters is catering, you know... is that... is that enough? Should I keep going?

Michael Scott: Why are you the way that you are? Honestly, every time I try to do something fun... or exciting, you make it *not* that way. I hate... so much about the things that you choose to be.

Isn't it because Toby works for corporate "technically" so Michael doesn't see him as a Scranton team player?

I don't know if there is a new Office, but there is a new Grey's, so there might be.

If you'd ever fished off the company pier, you'd know it's important to maintain previous appearances.

That's the beauty of DVR.... records when you want it to record. Doesn't change from week to week (hence an embarrassing moment when I was trying to record 30 Rock and the timeslot changed to The Biggest Loser.... my wife thought that was just hilariously funny although I didn't), but if you keep tabs on it a satellite DVR like I have is good.

The best part of tonight's episode was Andy hitting on Pam. I thought it was jerky of Jim to pull that prank on her, though, because they used to do that kind of stuff together. But Pam-a-lama-ding-dong ... hahahahah

Also loved the Harry Potter reference
