Andy does like the teenager look ... remember his girlfriend who was actually in high school?

 

Yes, because a confused, closeted gay man has never thrown himself at every woman he meets in an effort to prove to himself that he is not gay.

 

Don't make Andy gay. It's funnier to think he's a straight man so eager to please that he can be convinced he's gay by virture of some silly office gossip.

If he's actually gay, it's not so funny anymore.

 

It seems that's the case as he is obviously attracted to the secretary (Erin).

 

I think we all are.

She is hotter than Pam, and if they ever have an episode with her on the beach...

 

Much hotter than Pam.

There's gotta be an Erin episode soon. I want to know more about her.

 

I want to know WHY she is into bukkake.

 

Yeah, the Erin-Andy thing just seems too predictable - if the writers are going to have a sexual-tension thing, they need to go down a completely new road now that Jim and Pam are married. That's why I think the Oscar-Andy pairing would be way more creative. All kinds of really funny ground to be broken.

 

If the Nard-Dog were gay, it would remove all comic pretense from the episode in which he became paranoid over whether he was gay.

 

Or, the groundwork would be in place. Maybe it's coincidence, but I've noticed they had him wearing at least one pink item of clothing every episode this season. I don't know, maybe I'm thinking too hard about it, but it's The Office, they're not scared to do the unexpected.
