I thought Jim's costume was a double entendre. It seemed like he was also playing off this album cover from Ingrid Michaelson. I'm probably reading too much into it, though.

Mindy Kaling is hilarious and after watching that music video, I am even more in love with Erin.

 

I know! But his letters were in the same place on his face and it wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility for one of the writers to be a fan.
