Michael with David Wallace really fell flat for me.
But it had some great lines (loved Kevin's, "Sorry I whored up the form") and a good shocker in Dwight putting his bobblehead in the trash.

Times three. A few lines worth a snicker but otherwise ... meh.

Count me among those who was barely amused. Jim's line about huge heads and beet stained teeth was very funny, but it was ruined by having it in the previews. Kevin's line about "Believe in something, man!" was the only laugh-out-loud moment of the show for me. Any episode that involves Dwight doing something overly cartoonish/Kramerish isn't for me.

  5. Just watched it and thought it was hilarious. Not the over-the-top stuff - like Dwight's weaponry, which is silly - but the traditional "Office" understated stuff. The way Michael told Andy was great. Creed's earnest "You're welcome!" after Andy thanked everyone for lying to him. And Michael's "You haven't ..." at the beginning - echoes of Season 2's "So what's up with the 'P' situation?" at the vending machines.

Also - I take it Ryan doesn't work in Scranton any more? He was back, now he's gone. What happened? No visible Toby in this episode, either.

I thought the Andy-Dwight stuff was done really well. The Michael-Wallace stuff was so awkward. I wish they had fleshed it out and used it as a main story line in a different episode.

Didn't Ryan say he was going to Thailand with some friends from high school? Well, A high school.

Remember Ryan said he was going to Thailand with "a bunch of friends from his high school. ... Well, a high school anyway." (In reality, he asked for time off from the show because he was cast in the new Tarintino movie. I believe he's still a producer.)

EDIT: Beaten to it by FDP.

And Ryan told Kelly that he needed all the money she had on her, before they had sex one more time.

I didn't see Toby in this episode, either. But I loved Jim collecting all the weapons in a cardboard box. And the 40 rules the Schrute boys need to learn before they're five.

"Learn your rules, learn your rules ... if you don't you'll be eaten in your sleep. RRROW!"

    That line was hysterical.

This had quoteable quips in everywhere. Great, great stuff.

Loved the entire scene when Andy drove his car into Dwight...instant classic.

Not really much to complain about, except the absence of Toby.

I thought it was a solid return from the holiday break.

It seemed like one of those episodes they had to get out of the way -- to take care of the whole Dwight-Andy-Angela situation.

And the very end, when Dwight and Andy man-up and basically disown Angela was a solid ending.

By no means was it the funniest episode, but there was plenty of laughs to be had, and it helped advance the plot some.

    Surprised no one mentioned this:

Andy: Thanks to all of you for lying to me.

    Creed: You're welcome!!!
