Well, I think the presence of the camera crew is a device that we're not supposed to think about too hard.

But you could be right. I didn't see the first few episodes of this season.

I just think last week's comment about Roy leaving years ago is enough to tell me it can't be Jim's. Karen and Jim were together the year Roy left and she left after that season.

They might try to throw us, but I'm with spup in counting time on the show by Christmases and summers.

I'm STILL rolling about Angela and the cat. Best sitcom bit since the episode of Everybody Loves Raymond where Robert swings his wife up onto the fridge, then Ray tries to do it and slams Deborah into the fridge.

When they're in the corporate office after Dwight cuts the dummy, the guy says, "We had to pay for it. It cost 35-hundred dollars."
Michael: "Five thousand, three hundred dollars for a dummy? Wow."

Dwight: "Does someone smell something smoky?"
Angela: "Did you bring your jerky again?"

Michael: "A lot of ideas were not accepted in their time. Electricity."
    Dwight: "Shampoo."

    Phyllis: "You almost killed Stanley."
Dwight: "Yeah, I filled him full of butter and sugar for 50 years and forced him not to exercise."

Well lets say Roy left two years ago. Jim and Karen were still together. Were they together for 4-6 months after Roy left. Then we've got something.

Honestly though, I bet it's like Ryan's baby or something. He would do something like that.

Yeah, but we've already had an entire year without Karen.

If Roy left two years ago and Jim and Karen stayed together for 6 more months, then it would be another year and half since I've been together. I don't know who told you about baby-makin' but gestational period for a human is only 9 months. :)

Unless he was cheating on Pam with Karen!

Yes. Jim seems like the guy to cheat on Pam. ::) Really, I don't even know why people think it is even possible to be Jim's baby.

We might not think it's possible, but we'll argue about it until tonight's episode because that's how the preview has been cut ... to make fans think the slight possibility is there.
