So any guesses on the actual contents of Holly's letter?

I was half-expecting it to be a letter that had not yet been written - "Dear Michael," followed by nothing. I agree with whoever said Pam has to be lying about what the letter said.

By now I would have expected an encore to the Dwight/Angela/Andy triangle, but I'm kind of glad it's just been left out there. Angela certainly doesn't seem like the type to make the first move in that situation, while Dwight and Andy seemed to wash their hands of the situation. The only problem I have is that there should at least be some sort of sniping between the three of them.

The Toby-Michael dynamic may be one of the most interesting relationships in the show. I bet in the last episode, Toby does something to win Michael over and Michael accepts him as a member of his family.

I chalked that up to Wallace thinking "I may not get it, but he has an ability, let's try to use it."

My theory is people buy from him to shut him up. :0)

I postulated immediately that Michael isn't smart enough to know how to use a jump drive and saved the wrong document. And Pam, not having the heart to tell him that, lied about its contents.

He has a drive on his key chain, but doesn't know how to use it? At all? I mean, I know it's Michael and all, but he seemed fairly comfortable with what he was doing.

Pam and Jim both like to have fun with Michael, but both have shown soft spots when his heart is hanging out there.

Someone mentioned it before but give me more of Dwight and Jim teaming up. They both have an evil streak in them to make things interesting.

I wouldn't put much stock in that. The point of Michael in the first place is his lack of self-awareness. He often seems comfortable doing things he has no clue about: telling the girl at Prince Family Paper how to do her math homework, using the wrong word in a sentence, bungling social and professional duties. It's sort of what makes him the character he is. That he doesn't understand that he's wearing a woman's power suit is what makes it funny that he says, "This is a power suit."

So, just because he looks fairly comfortable using a jump drive does not in any way mean he really knows how to use one.

It's not coming back until next week. I'm not exactly sure why.

Because they only do so many per season and space them out. There were no February sweeps this year, so the schedule for reruns changed.
