Wow, No 1 o'clock ESPN baseball in NY market...ESPN News instead. I guess Yanks and YES have exclusive rights to NY on Opening Day.

 

Really? That sucks. Does everyone in the NY market get YES?

Meanwhile, how absurd is it that Corey Lidle's widow throws out the first pitch at Yankee Stadium.
Yes, it was a tragedy, but the guy was a Yankee for 6 weeks, and half of the guys on the team didn't like him.
The most storied franchise in sports opens the season by honoring a guy who was a throw-in in a late season trade.
Weak.
