    Threadjack (or maybe this deserves its own thread).

    He did indeed say that, my wife and I heard him. He also said Clemson was "impostors." His tone made it sound like they were Christian impostors. The comments were really low-class, IMO.

    No "God thing" outfit would play as dirty as Auburn habitually "plays", on defense.

    They can't lose enough.

    Have to say after listening to the Fan all these years and hearing Bruce from Queens drone on about the Mets its a nice change of pace to here Leroy from Birmingham call in to talk about The Tide and blast The Tigers.

    Someone described his show a few years ago either on this board or someplace else I was reading.

    It went something like this:

    Caller: Hi Paul. How ya' doin, Paul? You think Alabama is gonna win the National Title? I sure miss Bear, Paul. Will Saban be the next Bear Bryant, Paul?

    And on and on and on.
