I'm only suggesting that you consider the way you come off to others by your comments on this thread and with your posts in general.

    How 'bout no.

But out of pure curiosity, how exactly am I coming off to others on this thread? Amuse me. I've simply said that the Slimebaum show, while serving a valuable purpose to its loyal listeners, makes me chuckle. I think Slimebaum is a phony. You think I'm worried about how others view me based on those opinions? Think again, Bammer.

Good thing you're not worried about how others view you.

I have one, thanks. My life doesn't begin and end with ANY athletic
    organization.

Thanks for the parenting lesson, Bammer. Don't you have a Bear Bryant tat that needs touched up?

Seriously, though, over the last couple weeks, I've occasionally been listening to Slimebaum and Friends on my way home from work. I look forward to it, especially if I've had a long day at work. It cheers me up and makes me weep for humanity all at the same time. Didn't realize that was possible.

A few weeks ago Pat Dye and Gene Stallings commenting on Mike Leach saying that Alabama might not even be a top 5 team:

Stallings: Well, first of all, where is he coaching? If he's not any smarter than that, he has no business coaching.

Dye: I wouldn't want him teaching my child if he doesn't have better sense than that.

Mike Leach today on Finebaum - "At least I was not fired due to an NCAA violation."

Classic - that should fire up the Crimson Tide fan base.

    Both sides, actually.

It was Dye who was fired due to an NCAA violation, though he technically resigned to stay one step ahead of the hangman's noose.

Stallings was fired from Texas A&M and from the Phoenix Cardinals due to general coaching incompetence. He resigned/retired from Alabama because the AD at the time had inherited Stallings and more or less ran him off.

I didn't mean both coaches were run off because of the NCAA. But both sides would get pissed at Leach.
