Adam James will not play in the Alamo Bowl. I'm guessing he transfers after being released from his scholarship.

And I'm sure coaches will be falling all over themselves to bring him on.

Great e-mails. Which always makes me ask...Why in the world would you ever dream of putting that down for somebody to read later? Does nobody use a phone or have a face-to-face conversation any more?

    As someone just emailed me...

There's no way this would have ever happened at Florida, Alabama, Notre Dame or Texas...

They would have made the spoiled brat practice.

Which would also be wrong, just a different type of wrong.

reading those e mails does make the Tech adminstrators look like a bunch of rubes. First impression is that it would help a Leach law suit.

Which is why there won't be a lawsuit -- Tech knows it won't win. They'll pony up.

Interesting to see different opinions. I think the e-mails makes Leach and his agents come across as self-promoting blood suckers who are trying to pull a fast one on the "rubes." The e-mails actually show that Tech saw through the b.s. and actually had a plan last year during the contract deal. And few thought they had a clue, much less a plan.

You can add a few more to that list.

There definitely will be a lawsuit when it's a matter of getting nothing because you're fired for cause and or getting the $12.7 million or so left on his contract.
