When NFL loses out to TMZ; as great as TMZ is, that's unacceptable.

Goodell/Chief Security to team "WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON OUT THERE? WHAT DO WE PAY YOU GUYS MILLIONS FOR? TO MAKE US LOOK LIKE FOOLS? TMZ?? REALLY?"

Yup. Pete Rozell would roll over in his grave right now. They want the public talking about the games yesterday and the new season. Instead, they have this.

Who gets the suck-job interview with Goodell where he explains that he didn't see the video?

I'd like to cheer the Ravens/NFL for (belatedly) making the right decision, but none of this happens if TMZ doesn't dig up the video.

The NFL cares about money, PR and marketing and could give two sh__s about domestic violence or women's rights.

Yeah, nobody deserves any kudos on this one other than maybe TMZ.

Nope. There are no heroes in this story. Nothing cheer-worthy in the least. Ravens and NFL made their decisions after being backed into a corner and given no real alternative. That's not a "decision," exactly.

They should interview Big Ben -- "dude, bathrooms can't have video. Everyone knows that. Duh."

Roethlisberger: What he did was deplorable, I mean, why didn't he have the good sense to do it in a suburb where they can't afford video cameras or to prosecute you.
