Well he would say they pay people who aren't authorized to release it. Then she could ask how do you know that, can you prove it. But instead of saying that he went with the company line. If the NFL paid as much or more than TMZ they would've seen the tape.

I think you're missing the joke.

The State Police said they never had the video, that it was the Atlantic City Police who conducted the investigation, and had the video.

The NFL, who thoroughly investigated this, didn't even know which police department was in charge of the investigation.

True. Another question she blew, as far as I know.

I also did not see her ask why so many NFL writers knew details about the footage.

Peter King was on CNN last night and didn't address the issue of his own reporting.

That is incorrect. He and Anderson Cooper addressed how dead-nails awesome Peter King is.

Neither did Anderson Cooper. I am not even sure if Cooper knew who King was.

King referenced some reporting on "MMQB". I'm sure no one else on the panel had any idea what he was talking about.

Wasn't long ago that MLB was criticized for buying Biogenesis records.
It's looking like a pretty good decision now.

The best part of CNN's coverage was having Stephen A. Smith on to denounce Roger Goodell's handling of the matter.

Rice's case has already gone through the legal system and the video removes any doubt of his guilt. Unless there is clear video evidence, I doubt the NFL is going to start taking action on domestic violence cases before they go through the courts.

Do you think they should be suspending players just because they are facing charges?

Was he wearing a MMQB shirt? If not, it might be the only time in the last six months when he didn't with the exception of his NBC appearances.

That, to me, is getting severely underplayed. Amid all the debate about who saw what and when, we know for sure the police and prosecutor DID see it, and let him off basically scot-free anyway.
