I can enjoy the football and not buy tickets (as I have not in years) nor drink the official shit beer of the NFL nor patronize any other businesses associated with the league. It isn't hard.

It's a hell of a lot easier to spend the afternoon in the park than it is to realistically try to avoid patronizing any of the dozens of companies that are in some way associated with the NFL (not that I think you or anyone else would try anyway).

Use Google? Uh, they were a Super Bowl advertiser. Buzzzzzzzz!

Which sport have you stopped patronizing? The pig-trough of college football?

So does this guy. I'd say he'd be a good choice as the next commissioner, but it sounds like he's already in charge of the investigations department.

    That was unbelievable. WTF?

How does ESPN put the guy back on the air? He's now part of the story. He needs to be asked how his story changed in 20 minutes. Who did he talk to?

If this doesn't turn into a Phil Mushnick column, I don't know what will.

I hope they don't play this song at Atlanta Hawks games. It's got the potential to scare off white fans. And, it's got a little homophobia thrown in for good measure.
