    To make up the huge funding shortfall on the Raiders project, Oakland's plan to keep the team calls for large-scale development of hotels, condos and restaurants on the 800 acres surrounding O.co Coliseum.

    lolz. The area around the Coliseum is a complete shithole.

    Individual shareholders can say what they want, but the Spurs as an organization won't breathe a word about it.

    We're talking about Texas here. Football is god in Texas. If it came down to an either-or proposition, the citizens of San Antonio would happily ship the Spurs, trophies and all, off to Pocatello, Anchorage or Vladivostok if it meant getting an NFL franchise.
