There are 29 others and you'd be the only only that wouldn't like these. Not all but if you don't like at least 75% you'd be the only one

Hate is writing, which is just but to criticize some of the other stuff he's done is ridiculous.

Fair enough, but you've watched one of 30. Not the biggest sample size

One thing that did make me a bit hinky about "30 for 30" was that three of the films were developed by the official video departments of the MLB, NBA and NASCAR. Sorta like letting the DNC do your hard-hitting Obama campaign doc. But, all in all, I would say it was a worthwhile project.

As far as the Chris Jones piece, I'm wondering what people think about the fact that, two months ago, he wrote this: http://www.esquire.com/the-side/feature/opening-day-2011-baseball-5486648

I'm not saying you can't ever under any circumstance recycle a personal anecdote, but this time was so recent that I do the decision.

LJB, maybe it's been said, but the 2004 Sox episode was one of the low points of the series. Check out "The Two Escobars" or the Terry Fox or Marcus Dupree docs. There's really some fantastic stuff in 30 for 30.

It's about how Jeter singlehandedly won the Cold War by climbing a mountain in hiking boots despite Minka Kelly being a wet blanket?

And then, Jeter beat the crap out of the Cobra Kai in spite of Terry Francona ordering Jason Varitek to sweep the leg.

Well he did use "I" less in the Esquire version. Sans the Terry Francona blow up, not a lot of new material in the Grantland version.

John Fogerty has been sued for less.

I see trouble on the way.

Has Derek Jeter uttered 7000 useful words to reporters in his career? Good luck, Jones!

    Fuck it.

If Grantland gives me a chance to read more Klosterman, I'm all for it. I'll pretty much read anything that dude writes.
