Maybe I'm missing it, is there a full roster of writers/contributors somewhere on the site?

"Radically brilliant. Absurdly ahead of its time. Ridiculously poorly planned."

Kinda writing their own obit, perhaps?

Yeah, that's what I meant by "Shales-like." The ESPN book is the same.

I wonder if it's possible for Henry to shit on the concept of the site some more. I don't think a dozen times is enough.

I really haven't shit on shit yet. I've asked some questions, some of which have answers and some of which apparently do not. What I have said to this point, I thought, was rather nuanced. I'll go work on a 6,000-word essay about it and get back to you.

Go for it. Be sure to include footnotes.

I kind of understand the outlook, though. I wanted to shit on it before. But later, I realized it's pretty good, and I think I'm appreciating it more because of the roundabout way I took of getting there.

NOTE: That was five "I's" in two sentences. I think I qualify to write there. Wait, there's two more.

I I I I I am speechless with laughter. Well done Shottie. I am going to incorporate the Grantland style into all my posts - sprinkled with a generous use of "I".

I hope the content becomes less predictable.

He hasn't shit on anything. His posts have been thoughtful and reasoned. I appreciate someone who can find a middle ground between actually shitting on the site to push people's buttons and needlessly jumping in to defend the site, lest one blow their chance to get a framable pm one day.

Loved reading that one today. Definitely a nod to the ESPN book and SNL book with the oral history. Or, at least that was my perception.
