I'm still having trouble getting to some stories. For example, the Game of Thrones piece.

The Gruntland33 twitter feed looks to be worth a chuckle.

So...what's the endgame here? Getting Grantland to shape up and pay attention to what it's publishing, or trying to convince potential readers that the site just plain sucks?

I'm guessing the endgame is no more than snark.

Holy shit, the best part of that entire thing is the first comment posted beneath the corrections.

Totally agreed. And I love the fact that the poster is Theodore Donald Kerabatsos, which is the full name of Donnie in "The Big Lebowski."

He's definitely not out of his element.

    Agreed.

If they try to paint it as something more noble, that's as disingenuous as Craggs acting like he didn't want to work for Grantland.

Those corrections were alternately amusing and interesting. I wonder if the editing process at Grantland is yet as efficient and effective as the various writers are used to having at their respective magazines and other such outlets. I suspect it will become that in the coming weeks.

Honestly. Deadspin comments are usually where humor goes to die, but that was incredible.

Grantland is making the same mistake that ESPN the Mag is guilty off.

The serious, quality work is watered down by all the crap.
