The SJ.com 2008 charts ... today!

I'm shocked at the ability of some people to post an average of 15 or 16 times a day, every day
I just don't have that much to say

 

I started looking at those numbers and there are some people that are averaging close to 20 posts a day. That is pretty wild. I figured averaging 7.6 or whatever was excessive.

 

Heck, I've been a member a long time. Because I mostly lurked for a long time, I'm averaging less than half a post per day.

 

When I first registered, I didn't post for a long time. Once I did start, it was fun to slowly watch my post average near and then crest over 1 per day. What a life...

 

I'm at 8.446 a day.

About .2 per day of meaningful discourse.

 

I haven't attempted to hide my post-padding appearances and it has helped lob me up to 133rd overall now. I hope to prove this thread starter wrong about not including me as an up-and-comer with top 40 potential.
Though at some point I might realize my recent binge of posting shows signs of a poor social life and back off.

 

It looks like I signed up for an account on the third day of the board's existence. Lord knows how much I'd have to post at this point to put my average up to even 1 post per day.

 

Surely we have a mathalete among us that could figure that out.

 

Damn you and your post padding Angola! At your post-padding rate I'll never be able to catch-up to you.

 

I think I may have to take a self-imposed break this weekend. This is the third day this week I've been near 100 posts in a day and few have offered any value.
