We're pretty much screwed. You have to figure this is not going to be the last injury we deal with either.

Reading the reports and watching highlights afterwards, it sounds like it.

Damn, but Spurs seem to fuck around a lot at White Hart Lane -- losses to Wolves and Stoke and a scoreless draw with Hull. They've managed to lose fewer games away (two) than at home (three, the same as Wigan and Hull).

The Liverpool game worries me some, even without Torres and Gerrard.

Man, I really need to step away from these European-centered message boards when it comes to dealing with matters of American players.

On one I frequent, some scumbag Brit said he was "sorry" that Dempsey got hurt because he had been consistent in earning him fantasy points. Then he went on to say the USA didn't stand a chance either with or without him in the side.

I understand the arrogance behind this and know we're in deep shit, but it still riles me to no end.

Can June get here soon enough?

BBC is reporting that Thierry Henry won't be suspended by FIFA for his handball against Ireland.

Fulha's manager says it's a PCL (posterior cruciate) injury to Dempsey. No idea if that's a good sign for the USMNT or what.

Put this on the DocTalk thread in search of an answer.

    PCL > ACL, right?

Isn't an ACL the worst injury of them all?

Right, so a PCL would be somewhat better, depending on the severity of the injury.

Should be back by end of EPL season

Hopefully he is not rushed back into action and regains a significant amount of his form before South Africa.
