Sorry, can't hear a thing over all this gagging every time a quality opponent shows up.

I'm starting to wonder if having Donovan and Dempsey in the Premier League just gives them a better opportunity to try to injure our best players before the World Cup matchup . . .

    We're going to Wem-ber-lee ...

OK, not really. But Pompey still beat Sunderland 2-1, and both they and Southampton will go into the draw for the fifth round. One can hope.

Rooney scored 4 for Man Utd.

It took me five minutes to realize that Man You was not playing in a cup fixture.

Yeah, you don't see too many Premier League fixtures on fourth-round weekend. This was actually a re-arranged game; rather than play it in midweek, they figured they might as well play on the Saturday.

That Rooney kid might be a decent player one day.

    He sure is ugly though.

Speaking of ugly, Leeds just scored an ugly goal to go level with Spurs, 1-1, 7 minutes into the second half.

Spurs have gone 2-1 up and with 5 minutes left seem the team more likely to score.

But a penalty for Leeds in the last minute of stoppage time ...

    Smashed home. Spurs 2-2 Leeds.
