And one my favorite songs from the terraces.

SAF better make nice with Vidic, because the Johnny Evans Experience was awful today.

That also has to be the luckiest goal Scholes has ever scored. And a great goal by Seedorf, who has to start the second leg.

I see now from the club's Web site that the lad was released from the hospital this morning. The club chairman says they did briefly lose his pulse, and that he had collapsed on the pitch before and just got a clean bill of health on Saturday, but that the doctors think the latest scare wasn't heart-related.

Ole is one of those guys who was just a fan favorite. Always 100 percent effort and great results.

Manages the Man U reserves now, and could easily be a successor-in-waiting to SAF. Though I wonder if they wouldn't throw a sacrificial lamb in there for a couple of years first and quietly tell Ole to go manage Blackburn or something; there's simply no way anyone can meet the scrutiny that SAF's successor will get.

Wow. That whole situation is just crazy. I hope to never see something like that.

I don't know if this was posted before, but...

As an iPhone user, I sometimes (ok, almost never) peruse the App Store to see what new items are in. However, I went scanning today as I was looking for some free apps that would give me sports scores, including MLS. Well, I came across this fantastic World Cup app by ESPN.

I haven't tried it yet as I only saw it this morning. But, I know Inky is a fellow iPhone user and I wanted to share here in case there were others.

Sharp-looking, though I can't help thinking those red strips on the sleeves look like Band-Aids.

Are those all? Do the red ones remain just a dream?

U.S. Men will face the Czech Republic on May 25th ahead of Turkey game on the 29th.

Two good tough games before they head to South Africa, site for the Czech game is still TBD.
