How much is Sol getting? If they guarantee him low EPL/ high CCC level cash for 3 years, it's a great deal for him.

Not seeing an amount, but it's a five-year contract. He seems to think he can play in the Prem with Notts, and says he'll play for at least three more years.

Altidore scores for Hull City in today's Carling Cup match against Southend United.

I'm shocked, SHOCKED! Crowd trouble at West Ham-Millwall. One man stabbed in the chest.

Although how stupid do you have to be to bring your kids to this game, especially as a Millwall supporter?

Quick check of some other sites and it seems the running battle has continued into the stadium as well. Fans on the field and everything.

And the match now into extra-time, which will have been the LAST thing anyone wanted.

    From the BBC live text:

2155: West Ham lead 2-1 against Millwall. Jack Collison's cross hits the defender's hand and Junior Stanislas slots in the penalty. The fans flood onto the pitch again - and the players are off. Horrible, horrible scenes at Upton Park. Play is suspended.

West Ham score again, and according to Soccer Special, the player who scored (didn't catch the nameZavon Hines) ran to the touchline to celebrate. Should be banned for a year for that.

I was going to suggest a Green Street Hooligans sequel ... but it turns out there already is one: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1300853/

It's set in prison after the first film's final fight. Most everyone in the first film isn't n this one.

70's night at Upton Park -- hopefully this is an isolated incident and not a sign of things to come.

It is isolated. There's too much money at stake now for the clubs to tolerate this.
