    Yeah, me too.

Oh and BBAM, how about the hair in that England-Scotland game? Ray Wilkins with hair! Phil Thompson's amazing white-boy afro!

    Amazing.

Pretty good story on the MLS by the Seattle PI's Ted Miller ripping the mainstream media in America:

Same here. Not that I was that worried about. I trust y'all on the soccer thread more than I trust those heathens on the rest of the board. ;)

Good piece, Angola. I certainly don't wish anyone would "die off" (to use good 'ol Alexi's terms), but I wish guys like Deford, Wojo, Burwell, Rome, Mariotti and whoever else you want to name would just get lives and go away.

Moscow/Celtic, AEK/Sevilla, and Benfica/Kobenhaven all have the potential to be great ties, too bad we can't see them in the US.

Setanta might get around to showing Celtic and/or Rangers' qualifiers, and I'd be surprised if someone (ESPN, FSC or Setanta) doesn't pick up Benfica's games, no matter which competition they're in.

Watching Chelsea/Man U for the Community Shield on FSC now. At least Chelski's not wearing their hideous lime green away kits. What in hell is that all about?

VDS did a fine job on the PKs, saving the first three for the easy win.

More bad news for Chelski, Terry's out for a month.

Teams go through bad away kits every once in a while. Remember Man Utd's grey uniforms?

Or how about this from Manchester City?

Everyone has a terrible one from time to time.
