Bolton have two weeks or they'll face a similar fate.

Sat pitchside just behind and to left of the goal for tonight’s Carabao Cup match. Such a blast.

That's awful. They had volunteers cleaning the stadium today to get it ready for the next match.

Bolton's sale went through. Ivan Campo, et al, rejoice!

Group stages are set. Could Man City have an easier group? I think not.

Group C is shit. Group F is bananas. Poor Prague.

Pulisic, Dest, and Weah in Group H. I know where my attention will be (assuming I can stay up that late).

Another interesting US storyline: MLS stalwart Jesse Marsch, the manager of RB Salzburg, up against the likes of Jurgen Klopp.

Unfortunately my ticket fell through. Hung out at a few pubs near the Oval and it was bananas. Just a massive wall of people spilling into the streets with pints, waiting for the Surrey County-Essex match. I still don’t know a ton about the sport, but I least got a rudimentary education last night.

Burnley v. Liverpool today. A house divided. Like a good father, I will mop up my son's tears when Burnley win today. Like a bad father, I'll be the reason he's crying because I've mocked him so hard.

I wonder who Ben Mee will try to injure today.

Wow. Villa, down to 10 men, got absolutely fucked by referee Kevin Friend out of a stoppage-time equalizer.
